Here are some steps to writing your Summer Success Story: 

  1. Assess where you are. How is your life right now, what do you want to accomplish, weight loss, increased strength, energy, less stress, more time in a day?
    1. Decide what is the best use of energy right now with the time available?
  2. Commit to the plan. You won’t do it if you don’t like it.
    1. How will I act and support my choice
    2. Set SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, reasonable and timely)
  3. Work the plan.
    1. How am I doing so far, what am I learning?
  4. Follow through.
    1. Stay on track.
  5. Check in and see how it is going.
    1. What is the best thing to do now?
    2. What could I be doing differently?

When it comes to mastering your lifestyle wellness you need to take it one small step at a time.
