SELF-CARE: Why in the world do you not take good care of yourself? Is it too many bad habits or should I say behaviors? Are you too busy, kids need you, housework overwhelming, extra hours at the office, short on sleep, fast food is so convenient, pedi-mani takes an hour you don’t have, don’t have a bike, gym membership, trail out your back door or good walking shoes? You see where I am going?
Good self-care, like good nutrition and exercise is all up to you.
