After a raining April here in the midwest are you ready for the May flowers? What is growing in your garden? Are the seeds planted for personal well being, have you sown calm into your thinking, have you shored up your rows of activity and are you tending the growth of your knowledge of good nutrition? As we look into our mental areas of growth we find it is an ongoing journey of awareness and knowledge; emotionally we have to spend some time planning our next steps, physically we need to keep that body moving and spiritually we all have to take time to thank our higher power for what is right in our world. Yes the flowers of May are beautiful as well as the flowers in our personal lives as long as we are mindful with our personal gardens.
