How’s Your Health? Take My Assessment!

It is with heavy heart I blog about the loss of my mother. She was a terrific, funny and beautiful woman that inspired me and lifted me up, I miss her. She passed quietly in her home on April 18th at 6:10 p.m., I was fortunate to be with her and will cherish our time for the rest of my life. I choose to spend most of my time remembering the good and loving times and how much she meant and will continue to mean to me. My mother shaped who I am and is the reason it is my goal to uplift, support and help others be the best they can be. May you all take time to tell family and friends that you love them and share tributes of praise while face to face.  We all like to hear that we matter so go ahead, tell someone how much they mean to you today.
