How’s Your Health? Take My Assessment!

When you think of where you have been and where you are going you should embrace each day as a gift and identify it as the beginning, the first day of the rest of your life. No matter where you started from it is in the past so perhaps it is time to move forward. You remember Newton’s Law, briefly put an object in motion stays in motion and an object at rest stays at rest. What has been your motion? If it is good, keep it going by adding or making changes to create better results/motions. If the motion has not proved itself worthy of staying in motion, let it rest, put it away and begin a new motion. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Unfortunately sometimes you can find yourself spinning, circling, going backwards and not making progress. You waste time on projects or ideas that are not moving you forward or creating a difference that does not allow you to feel the way you want to feel as a person. That motion is best to stop, let it go, leave it behind and begin a new direction today. Now I am not suggesting you should toss in the towel at the first conflict or struggle, growth comes from those. If the motion (idea, project, relationship) is holding you back and you did your best and it is still keeping you from being your best self, it is time to let it go.

In a retreat I will be co-hosting soon we are going to discuss just that. What inner critic is holding you back, what motion are you putting forward in your mind, body and spirit that is keeping you from being your true self? How do you let go and put a new motion in place? Together we will break it all down along, discover strengths along with being true to your body’s motion and help you create a personal plan of action as your new life’s rule book.

So today is the first day of the rest of your life, what are you going to do with it? If you are interested in hearing more about the Intentionally in Harmony Retreat contact me or simply register.
