How’s Your Health? Take My Assessment!

Food pushing is love, or is it? What’s your New Year’s Resolution?

I grew up in a house of over indulgence. Food pushing was a sign of love and emotional repair. As a family we weren’t exactly athletic so instead of bonding over playing sports or family outings we bonded over comfort food for meals and inexpensive snacks.

When I had a family of my own I decided to put health and lifestyle first. I began looking for answers to become the person I wanted to be so I could set an example and live a healthy life. It’s all about choices and finding what fits in your world right now. For me, making daily food choices that were nutrient dense was the beginning of where I am today. My kids learned by example and they make better choices then I did at that age. Transformational wellness is obtainable and reachable and I am so glad I chose it!

As you review your New Year’s Resolutions and think about where you are and where you want to be I hope you chose your health and wellness. You are in control of you, what you put in your mouth and how you move your body. If you need a solution to your resolution it might be time for an accountability partner to encourage, guide and champion you on this rollercoaster of change.
