Tim and I were looking at pictures from 2008, I was totally struggling with my weight then so I get it. It was a journey but once I committed to the first step I haven’t looked back.

October 1st is an all day workshop together we will work on your goals, determine your why and lay out a plan of action that fits your needs and lifestyle. I also offer a full meal plan with coaching for those who don’t have time to plan, shop and cook their own meals.
