How’s Your Health? Take My Assessment!

Creating a Fitness Plan

This is the perfect time to do today what you have been putting off until tomorrow and lock into a  Fitness Plan. Just get started by:

Assessing what you want and what you already are capable of then;

Commit to a plan and stick with it! Remember, set SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable and timely). Make sure you recognize who is supporting you, what changes you need to make, where you will be working on this plan, when and how often you can do, and how you are going to get it done. Remember to keep your goals reachable, even if they are simple because then you can focus on the time commitment;

Feedback to yourself to check in on what is working, what changes you need to make, is it too exhausting or unrealistic, trouble areas and take note of those. Do you need a trainer, should you track your success, or some simply healthy recipes to do the trick?;

Follow Through with your plan, make sure you are looking at all the right keys, time & energy/effort, focus, nutrition, and fitness activities.

Then do it all over again. It is great to review and reassess your plan every couple of weeks or so.
